Restriping an existing lot typically runs $4–$7 per stall with a $450 job minimum. New layouts on fresh asphalt run roughly double, and ADA stalls with stencils are priced per marking. Every quote starts with a free on-site measure — no charge, no obligation.

Most Arizona lots need restriping every 18–24 months. In Flagstaff it is often yearly: snowplows and winter cinders scrape lines off every season, which is why we book spring restripes before the summer rush.

The ADA sets the count by lot size: 1 accessible space per 25 total (so a 100-stall lot needs 4), and at least 1 in every 6 accessible spaces must be van-accessible with an 8-foot aisle. We include a free ADA layout check with every quote.

Waterborne traffic paint needs a dry surface at roughly 50°F and rising. That makes Flagstaff an April–October market, while Prescott and the Verde Valley stripe most of the year. During monsoon season we work mornings, ahead of afternoon storms.

No. We stripe in sections so most of your lot stays open, and waterborne paint is ready for traffic in about 30–60 minutes in warm weather. For busy retail lots we schedule nights or early weekend mornings at no extra charge.

Fresh asphalt should cure about 30 days before striping so paint bonds instead of flaking. New sealcoat needs roughly 24 hours. We coordinate directly with your paving or sealcoat contractor so the lines go down at the right time.
